Grand Union Canal, 4’41’’, 16/9, FHD, 2017
This film is part of the collection d'Ana D.

The canal connecting Birmingham to London was a major axis of the English Industrial Revolution. The edges of the canal are maintained by brick walls which are the remains of the disused factories. Chimneys of all sizes punctuate the landscape and announce as tombstones the location of the old textile factories.
